Welcome
Welcome to the Young Women’s Hub website! We hope the information here gives you a clear understanding of our school, along with the principles and vision that guide our work.
At our school, we support young women who may have been out of education for some time, those facing challenges in mainstream settings due to various learning or social needs, or those who simply find the formal education system difficult to navigate. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment that empowers each student to thrive and succeed in her educational journey.

Testimonials
"I started at my placement at YWH as I struggled to adapt to a main stream environment, my attendance and punctuality was poor and my behaviour was deteriorating. Moving to a smaller environment I was able to work on my behaviours as there was less pressure around me. I had access to more support with my education and felt as though I was being listened to and heard more. I had built solid relationships with all the staff and felt safe and comfortable to talk about personal stuff which helped me! Being at YWH also helped me with what I would like to do when I leave school, and this has made me feel more confident with post-16 choices. Even though I have days that I have not wanted to engage and have completely shut down, staff have been patient and persistent to encourage me and remind always to do my best. I am really proud that I have been able to sit me exams especially speaking and listening, because if I was still at mainstream, I believe I would not be able to do them. I am also very proud that I have been accepted with a place at college and can move on without struggling."

- The Young Women's Hub is a truly special place, and I cannot speak highly enough about the work the school does. I have seen first hand how the care and attention that the staff provide transforms the lives of girls and young women. Through its nurturing environment, pupils develop the confidence and skills to succeed. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Ms Clare Shrobbrook, Deputy Head Trinity School
